Hey World Music Fans! Enjoy Not One But Two Seperate Venues for World Music Entertainment in One Evening @ Boston’s New Year’s Eve Masked Ball: December 31st, Friday (9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.)
There promises to be lots and lots of world music activity at the New Year’s Eve 2011 Bal Masque. This event, sponsored by V-World Enterprises, Roy Afrique, and Night Life Executives will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Boston which is actually located near the airport. Don your mask and dance the night away to a variety of world music, provided by internationally renown DJs. There will also be a live band playing, who is yet to be announced, as well as some additional music genres of a more Western nature including R&B, Top 40, mashups, and soul. In addition to a complimentary mask (masque), party guests will also receive additional favors, “surprise gifts”, hors d’ouevres, and a glass of champagne to toast in the new year. In order to enjoy some of the best tables in the house, it is recommended that one purchase VIP tickets or arrive at the event early.
Let DJs Super Duke, Charlie B, Kid Afrik, and BZ Fingaz be your hosts for a jam-packed evening of ethnic music. Party goers will have a choice of 3 different venues in which to enjoy all this great entertainment, and no less than 2 of them will be dedicated strictly to world music! The Zoukonpa Room will feature the sounds of zouk, konpa, kizomba, reggae, and an additional mixture of Caribbean vibes.
